After a decade in the music industry, and over a decade in wellness, Kristen’s passions have come together in her sound healing sessions.

Based in Minneapolis, MN Kristen offers corporate, private, and public sound healing sessions.  Her work is rooted in the harmonic geometry and mathematical patterns of nature, and are designed to support physical, mental and emotional wellbeing, accomplished through nervous system regulation.  She is also a public speaker and teacher for both kids and adults, offering insight on Resonance and Sound Healing, Intelligent Energy Management, and Harmonic Design.
