Customized Mindfulness Classes & Workshops

Blue Butterfly classes teach children and adults to become present, aware and “in the moment.” through fun games, exercises and movements. We discuss emotions and why they are important, and what we can do to help ourselves feel better when big emotions like anxiety, worry and stress run high.

Learning mindfulness at an early age is a lifelong gift. Utilizing these new skills will have a profound impact on your wellbeing, be it at home, school and work. With mindfulness, clients will feel calmer, more centered, more focused, have increased concentration and improved listening skills.

Blue Butterfly Holistic Wellness coaching offers 30-minute classes, 1-hour, 90-minute or 2-hour workshops, all customizable to meet your personal needs.
