This day is designed to help you pause from the busy fast pace of life! Take time to turn your focus inward, connect with others, and learn about seasonal health and the best ways you can take care of yourself during the fall season. The day will include an awesome ashtanga yoga practice to get circulation going and warm you from inside out, seasonal wellness discussion, a holistic and nutritious organic meal, the creation of Fire Cider to keep our immunity strong, goal setting and journaling and much more! This day will be filled with self care, love and connection. You will walk away feeling more centered, balanced, ready to take on the fall season with confidence!

Seasonal Wellness Workshops
As the seasons change, and energy shifts, so do our health and wellness needs. Each season, Jaime offers two-hour workshops based on the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda and Chinese Medicine. She will discuss The Eight Fundamentals of Wellness and how to incorporate these practices specially for the season.
